Ngo Dinh Diem (1901 – 1963) was the last prime minister of the State of Vietnam from 1954 to 1955, and then the first President of South Vietnam (Republic of Vietnam) from 1955 until he was assassinated during the 1963 military coup. This booklet consists of a biographical note and the political philosophy of Ngo Dinh Diem along with milestones of his government.
